People Operations Associate (Part Time)
The Luminos Fund, a fast-growing international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world’s most vulnerable children, seeks an experienced People Operations Associate to support our global HR functions.
The People Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the Global People Officer in administrative and HR-related activities, helping to ensure smooth operations and strong coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks across HR functions in a dynamic, global environment.
This part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week) is remote or office-based (Boston, London, or Accra) and open to candidates located in GMT-5 to GMT time zones. Work hours will be confirmed based on the selected candidate’s location. The People Operations Associate will report to the Global People Officer and collaborate closely with colleagues throughout the organization. The role may involve some travel to challenging contexts in Africa and the Middle East.
