The Luminos Fund, an international nonprofit bringing education opportunities to the world’s most marginalized children, is looking for a Program Analyst to help maximize the impact of its foundational learning programs across various geographies.
This is a full-time, one-year contract based in Accra, although we will also consider candidates based in London who are fluent in at least one of the government-sponsored Ghanaian languages. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the education sector and demonstrate enthusiasm for addressing the global learning crisis. Candidates should also have a proactive work ethic, outstanding attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn. The Program Analyst will report to the Director of Teaching and Learning and collaborate closely with team members throughout the organization. The role will likely involve some travel to challenging contexts in Africa and the Middle East.

The Luminos Fund (www.luminosfund.org) provides transformative education programs to thousands of out-of-school children, helping them to catch up to grade level, reintegrate into government schools, and prepare for lifelong learning. In some instances, they will face challenges in areas where they are not experts and where situations are ambiguous.
